Inventables Carvey Wasteboard

The carvey wasteboard already has drawings on their website: https://www.inventables.com/technologies/carvey-waste-board But the measurements are (probably intentionally) not very clear. I'm providing a clearer technical drawing, a 3D STEP file and a laser engraving pattern with a better grid. The board is MDF 280mm by 390mm, 12.7mm (0.5inch) thick. The step file can be cut on a larger CNC, and the DXF used to laser engrave the grid. If you dont have a larger CNC, the wasteboard_grid_fixed.DXF can be printed out and stuck or laser engraved onto the wood , then cut and drilled manually (that's what I did). The original file (and the machine itself) has the grid spaced out unevenly, making it a bit useless, so I fixed it in the DXF. If you wanted to, you could change the grid spacing to centimetres, by editing the rectangular pattern in the "grid" sketch in the Fusion 360 file. I also included the STEP file without the holes for threaded inserts, so that you can add your own.
