Here's the setup in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4jIaxaHvXo I wanted a way to clean my isopropyl alcohol used for cleaning resin prints. After a few attempts, I designed this floating filter thingy to fit onto the end of a piece of silicone tubing that connects to a small pump. I chose a peristaltic pump because there is no chance of contamination as the fluid never touches the inside of the pump. There's also no chance of ignition inside the pump, which seemed pretty important to me. ;) This model is designed to have a hollow cavity so it floats on top of the IPA. On the underside there is a circular grating that stops the pump from drawing up the muck on the bottom of the IPA container. Use it with this peristaltic pump and a power supply of your choice: UK - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Yosoo-Health-Gear-Peristaltic-Bioengineering/dp/B08NK6R1QG/ref=sr_1_3 US - https://www.amazon.com/%E3%80%90%F0%9D%90%84%F0%9D%90%9A%F0%9D%90%AC%F0%9D%90%AD%F0%9D%90%9E%F0%9D%90%AB-%F0%9D%90%8F%F0%9D%90%AB%F0%9D%90%A8%F0%9D%90%A6%F0%9D%90%A8%F0%9D%90%AD%F0%9D%90%A2%F0%9D%90%A8%F0%9D%90%A7%E3%80%91-Peristaltic-Laboratory-Bioengineering/dp/B08PK295BZ/ref=sr_1_20 You'll also need a bit of silicone tubing to match (3x5mm) and a carbon-lined face mask for filtering the fine particles. One tip when draining into an empty IPA bottle: make sure you have a hole for the air to escape, otherwise the hose will pop off when it reaches pressure.
