The upper and lower files are the latest pieces of the project. I have not tested them at the time of upload, but the iPad holder width has not changed, so it shouldn't be any different than the first version in terms fit. I designed this case for use with CPU intensive drone apps such as Drone Deploy, where my iPad mini 4 is often exposed to direct sunlight and summer temperatures while complying with visual line of sight rules. So far tests have proven to be successful in keeping the iPad temperatures cool. It will work with just about any standard 80mm fan of your choice. I went with a 5V USB powered fan that can plug into a power bank or into the controller's power with a Y cable. It is designed to fit in the device clamp with no modification to the controller, and the iPad slides right into the bracket. You may need to sand the ipad holding part of the case as your printer's tolerances may vary. With my printer it fits very snug. This project is a work in progress, as of uploading this, I have not tested the matching upper and lower halves. Please send me feedback if you decide to print it, and feel free to modify and improve the design with the provided .prt files.
