<p>Needed a sun shield/visor/hood for my buddy's DJI Phantom quadcopter.</p> <p>Printable in three parts on a standard 200mm x 200mm bed.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer:</strong></p> <p>i300Pro</p> <p class="detail-setting rafts"><strong>Rafts: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Supports:</strong></p> <p>Yes</p> <p class="detail-setting resolution"><strong>Resolution: </strong> <div><p>.24 mm</p></div> <p><strong>Infill:</strong></p> <p>20%</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>Printed with 3 outlines/shells using a 0.4mm nozzle. Each piece took about 1.5 hours to print.<br/> Designed for home button and lightning connector on the right. Should fit snuggly over iPad Mini 2, 3 or 4. Best printed in black. Walls are 0.9mm thick--usually 4 layers. <h3>Post-Printing</h3> <p><strong>Assembly</strong></p> <div><p>Break off supports if you printed with them (may not need then, but doesn't add much time.<br/> Put sides on first, and then drops and swivel in the top. When you clamp into the Phantom's holder, the top will stay down securely. <h3>How I Designed This</h3> <p>Designed using Onshape, digital caliper, and a bit of gumption.</p> </p></div></p></div></p></p> Category: Tablet
