I used a CNC to carve it from wood, but obviously you can also 3D print it. I've also made an [iPhone 11 Pro](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4624365) version. This is a work in progress. I got all dimensions with help from images from the Apple website so it should be a good fit, but I can only tell for sure after I got my hands on my 12 Pro later :)
