This is a simpler version of the original PALS Armor holder. It would fit your iPhone 12 pro just fine. In addition to 3d print you will also need some kind of pin, or a 4mm diameter rod to create a hinge. Unfortunately, the arrangement of the buttons on the iPhone 12 procauses that while phone is in holder, there is no acces to volume buttons.
