Pruse Mk3 X-Axis Strain Relief

Pruse Mk3 X-Axis Strain Relief

thingiverse

X-Axis motor wiring on Mk3 printers is unsupported at the motor end, so all the flex happens between the wrap and the motor. A strain relief is needed, so I designed one. Printed 0.15mm 20% Grid Infill. Best option is to rotate the large face down and use supports for the cable tab. I used a brim, but probably not needed. Note: on my prototype the thickness of the part over the motor was 0.150 and a 3x10mm screw would work, but this round I left it thinner and you'll need to find a shorter screw or add a washer.
