Iphone 6 and 6 plus sun and sand beach protector

My daughter asked me to print something to protect her iphone 6 plus from the sun and sand when she went on vacation to the beach. (now also known as: iPhone 6 Plus Sun Shade) These items are designed to keep the iphone off the hot sand and shield it from the sun while still allowing air to pass through and cool it. Apparently it worked quite well, here is my daughter's report: "Hi, Dad - As promised, I tried the iPhone 6 Plus Sun Shade (my new name for the thing in the picture that you printed, below) at the pool today. The sun was very hot, clear sky at the time and temperature in the upper 80s or low 90s. The sun shade effectively kept my iPhone 6 Plus cool for a full hour. It was sitting on a table in the sun shade below (see photo). When I took the phone out of the sun shade, it was regular temperature. From past experience, when I left my phone exposed in the hot sun for 10-15 minutes, it became so hot that the iPhone automatically powered itself off due to the hot temperature." "Yep, worked like a charm!" Files are provided for both the Iphone 6 and Iphone 6 plus. The Iphone 6 plus can fit in the Iphone 6 protector, but it has to be twisted in from the side. The Iphone 6 plus should fit easily in the Iphone 6 plus file, but it's max print dimension is 202 mm. The dimensions for assemblies and parts are shown in files in the pictures Instructions print one set of four posts using file: iphone_thermal_shield_posts_150531e.stl Print 2 base parts using one of the following files: "iphone_6_thermal_shield_base_150531e.stl" for the Iphone 6 (or snug for Iphone 6 plus) "iphone_6_plus_thermal_shield_base_150531e.stl" for the Iphone 6 plus with plenty of room Glue the 4 posts into the two base parts using acetone or your favorite glue.
