iPhone 6+ in Tech21 Case

Wanted a tripod mount case for my iPhone while still in my Tech21 case. May work for other cases of similar size. Two nut holes to accommodate portrait or landscape. Small tabs on the corners hold tight. Added v2.2 with a slightly thicker base and a round hole.
