I wanted a rugged phone mount that I could slide my iPhone 6 (with the existing case intact), and lock it in to prevent it from falling out during rugged riding. Although you may need to remix the holder to fit your particular phone case and bike, I wanted to share this design as it works great. The swing clamp in front is spring load, and tabs prevent rotation of swing clamp once in lock position. Attach holder to the mounts by tapping 8-32 and use 1" long flathead screws. Attach holder/mounts to clamp using 2" long 8-32 screws. Attach swing clamp using 1/4-20 x1-1/2" bolt, using a small spring and locknut on back side. When printing, you will need to rotate the parts 105 degree to get parts to lay flat on printer based on the coordinate system I had set when I designed it.
