I took the idea from DPC and redesigned the latching system. It's a turn and lock system now. Also I redesigned the top and bottom to allow it to fit with the rubber Apple case. the only file I used from DPC was the crown mount that takes the hose clamp. I re-created everything else with DPC's design Everything should be able to print without rafts or supports, but I would recommend a brim of about 12mm Instead of the hose clamp, I used two big pan ties. There is some assembly required with the crown latch. two stage epoxy works the best Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa geeetech i3 X Resolution: .02 Infill: 10% Notes: PLA Temps: 200 degrees first layer, 215 degrees all other layers Bed Temps: 70 degrees first layer. 45 degrees all layers 3 layers top and bottom and sides How I Designed This 123D Design It's in the latest revision, and I will test ride the clamp and make revisions as needed.
