I don't want to take my phone out of the case just to put on a dock.. PITA! So I took several ideas from other wonderful docks that were created, and came up with my own. The only part that I really barrowed was the apple watch stand (I used that whole thing and built my phone dock off that). I used ideas I saw for bringing the speaker out and the mic out to the front and really liked the idea so I used it too.
