iphone 8 plus w bumper case motorcycle handlebar mount

Made this because I wanted a more stylish imo mount that I could just leave on my bike. This will fit any bike with 26mm handlebars. A lot of work went into this and a few scrap prints so it has been printed,tested,etc.. The only issue I have not been able to solve is that the top piece which slides onto the main body will need some sanding for a better fit. I have opened up the tolerances slightly once again after my last print so If its still too tight please let me know. I am only adjusting the smaller top piece so the base will only have to be printed once if adjustments still have to be made. This is for an iphone 8 plus inside of a bumper case. Case dimensions are 84mm x 161mm x 12mm. I have plenty of extra tolerance for the phone so a slightly bigger case will work. I think the printed dimensions for the phone cavity were 13mm x 163mm x 87. The back plate shows the words motor cycle without the harley. When you view in your slicer you will see there is no lettering anywhere on this piece. Just a cvo style emblem. update 10/5: added a new top piece with a locking tab. This one should work without any sanding depending on your print settings. I was able to use mine off the print bed at 100.2% scale.The file for the new top piece is iphn8.stl
