I made this for my desk which has a raised shelf 15.5mm deep. It's designed to accommodate my case which is a fairly simple transparent flexible case. I also made a channel for the LED strip I have under the desk. I use a pop-socket on my case so I added a hole in the center for that. The pop-socket is also handy for landscape viewing.
