This is an earlier design that I had for the Iris Business Card. It has a slightly different build that allows for more than 3 leafs. Instructions Assembly is nearly the same as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8787 The only difference is that the very last set of tabs fold out around the front of the card and into the slots on the face of the card. Copied from that thing: "Cut the parts out of a sturdy paper (I use .014" thick card stock) and follow the video instructions here: youtube.com/watch?v=bybPiB00voE Instead of the peel and stick adhesive you can just use any decent paper glue. Elmer's glue works fine, just be careful not to let any into the moving parts of the card. "
