In College of Architecture and Fine Arts, there are 3 college departments. The Architecture Department, the Fine Arts Department, and the Graphics Department .The primary problem that we wanted to address is the lack of awareness of our own college, a divided and unofficial announcement or advertising ground in C.A.F.A. and insufficient information about the university’s college ads and events. There are many bulletin boards from different college departments in the College of Architecture of Fine Arts. Because of that, students in each department are having a competitive thinking. Announcements and advertising of events has evolved in many ways. One great example of this is through social media. Our team has found an unsatisfying feeling about C.A.F.A. ‘s official announcement procedure. We would see papers and flyers located anywhere on walls even though there are respective bulletin boards for every department and find it inappropriate. Also, we wanted to raise awareness of students on what are the latest happenings on students from other courses of C.A.F.A. in a united way. Its design is provided with 3 transparent faces where the announcement or advertising paraphernalia would be securely placed for viewing and a reputable stand that shall support its size.
