Iron Man MK 85 Hinge Kit

This is my complete parts kit for the MK85 Iron Man Helmet (.stl on Thingiverse). I designed this mostly for fun for myself at first but then had tremendous support from the 3D printing community after sharing my design. I designed this parts kit with the helmet printed at 100% scale, so take that into consideration, but it shouldn't impact anything with parts sizing. You will need to shave some of the back of the face plate near the widow's peak in order for this system to work properly. I used a dremel and some patience and finally got the clearances I needed. I recommend using a dab of hot glue to place your parts and check alignment before making anything permanent. Once comfortable, I used a soldering iron to "plastic weld" the pieces in place. Electronic Components I Used: MG90S Servo(2) Limit Switch (2) 2 Channel Relay board (1) Plastic Reed Switch (2) 22 AWG Wire (more than I needed in some places, not enough in most)
