iSight Clamp for ToM

iSight Clamp for ToM

I had an old Apple iSight camera and decided to make it useful again as a nanny-cam for my Thing-O-Matic. You can clip it to your ToM and it will give you a view of your work remotely when hooked up to a computer. Instructions The two pieces were specifically designed to be raftless. After printing out both pieces you can fit the two pieces together using the two holes on the clamp to fit into the two nubbins on the clip. If the fit is not perfect you can ream the holes out a bit with a drill bit. Once you are sure you have the orientation correct use some plastic weld or hot glue to join the two pieces. Remove the cable from the iSight camera, slide the camera in from the back and push forward until it hits the front stops. Plug the cable back in and hook the assembly to the top left part of your ToM. Enjoy! If you want to modify the parts I included the Maya 2009 .mb files.
