Islamic Pattern from the Great Mosque of Cordoba
thingiverse
I started working through the book Islamic Geometric Patterns by Eric Broug. I drew up this design from the Great Mosque in Corboba as my first project, and I printed it to get the look and feel of the thing. I am considering using my CNC router to cut a design into cherry, or into linoleum to make a stamp, but I thought I'd upload the model. I drew this up in Freecad. It is a little big, but I think it will be pretty easy to resize in Freecad. If I can figure out how to use the spreadsheet feature in Freecad, it'll be really parameterizable.
