Hey! So I wanted the source pawn for a set but felt it was too perfect to feel authentic, too many sharp edges. So I used Tinkercad to reduce the depth of the cuts in the model, than used Windows 3D Builder to "Smooth" everything out. After smoothing I reloaded it in 3D Builder and simplified the model to reduce the size from 30MB to 5MB. Looks great! I recommend 0.16mm with 95% infill as that gives it a beautiful smooth look with a nice half ounce weight which feels great when playing. Haven't finished the set yet but I will post pics when I do. (planning on wood staining) Original summary: Designed up this dealer button to use in home games or have just as something laying around for any poker fan. It was inspired by a dealer button in Pokerstars VR. Printing: Ring - Infil to add weight, supports needed for spade inset. Letter embossing doesn't need it. Spade - Infil to add weight, no supports Letters - Print flat, already scaled to fit nicely in the embossing Star - Infil to add weight. Full print with 4x4x4 walls/top/bottom and 38% infil came to about 48g in weight. Glue in lettering and spade. Star may need minor sanding but should push fit into the space tightly and not need anything else to secure it.
