Isolation tool for PCB board traces
youmagine
This tool is engineered to sever PCB board traces with precision. The cut is executed 3.81 millimeters (2.54 + 1.27) from the pin, positioning it between the first and second holes on the circuit board. Simply insert the tool into a hole and rotate it back and forth; the trace can be severed 1.5 holes away with high accuracy. Verify the isolation and clearance of the traces after use! To complete this project, you will need: * One square pin from a pin header (or another object that fits snugly into the circuit board's hole) * Six M3 x 6 millimeter screws to secure the components together * A cutting blade with a thickness of approximately 0.5 millimeters and a maximum width of 10 millimeters * A cutting tool designed to form an M3 thread Cutting Tool for Separating Traces on Breadboard Circuits. The cut is made 3.81 mm (2.54 + 1.27) from the axis. That's between the first and second holes on the board. After cutting, inspect the air gap and insulation of the traces! You will also need: * One square pin from a pin header or another suitable object that fits into the board hole * Six M3 x 6 mm screws * A scalpel blade with a thickness of about 0.5 mm and a maximum width of 10 mm * An M3 tap
