Revisions: - I went with an Inkbird ITC-100VH, which is slightly larger than the PID Controller in the original design. I expanded the whole enclosure on all sides to account for it. In fact, I made it a bit larger and then added extrusion boxes, so one could easily customize the dimensions as needed. - The SSR I had came with a plastic cover, so I expanded the SSR bay to account for it. I added extrusion boxes to this area as well to allow for customization as needed. - The mounting hole at the top was expanded some and the base hole was extended as well to allow the whole unit to move back some on the injection frame. - I squared up the front "flap" to give the user something to hold when clicking buttons to and help give it a bit more purchase on the bed while printing. Inkbird unit used: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OLOGNQG/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_T7P8XE6AX4TTD7B1CA49? - Dimensions currently in STL: H46.155 X W46.258 - Doesn't include the .625 MM top clip that drops down and holds in the unit - I had the sides tighter, but it was a pain getting the unit in and out SSR: - Sorry, I do not have links to the SSR, but the dimensions in the STL are: H26.50 X W46 - This gives just a little play to the sides and not much room to move up and down, its a nice fit. Notes: - I did this all off a MESH which is quite a pain. I think I got rid of all ghost faces, but depending on how much you modify this, you may find one I missed. - I have no idea why I chamfered the back plate, but it prints fine in PLA - You should be able to use all of the same print settings as the original.
