iToaster let's you charge your iPhones 5/5S with the cover on. It is designed for easy insert/eject using standard lightning to USB cables. iToaster features two eject buttons for separately ejecting phones from each of the two slots. Instructions Printed on a MakerBot Replicator 2X in white ABS. The levers are in two versions - normal and with pads to improve adhesion to the build platform. (The pads can easily be removed after print) For the pin for the levers, I used a 1.8mm piano rod cut to 11 mm. Any kind of rod in of diameter 1.5-2mm should work. Lightening cables can be inserted from the bottom through a slot on the side. They will probably stay in place without, but I choose to hot-glue them in place.
