IVAR Enclosure for Prusa Mini

<p>With this entry I just want you to give an inspiration for a Prusa Mini enclosure inside an Ikea Ivar shelf.</p><p>I use the 30cm deep version of the shelf. If you would use the 50cm deep variant everything would fit way more easily.</p><p>Because most of the components are models from other makers, I just uploaded the only two models I made on my own (Webcam holder and a holder for the front glas).<br>&nbsp;</p><p>3mm acrylic glas for all sides.</p><p>Mounted on a 16mm thick shelf insert.</p><p>Front panel comes off as one part and holds in place with magnets in combination with the front glas holder.</p><p>Other models used:<br><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38277">Internal Corner Bracket by Tez_Gelmir - Thingiverse</a> (Scaled down to fit M4 screws)<br><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3440292">Fan 120mm Dust &amp; Smell Filter V2 by Amtech - Thingiverse</a> (For the 120mm exhaust filter)<br><a href="https://www.printables.com/model/9837-handle-90mm">Handle 90mm by Boogie | Download free STL model | Printables.com</a> (added a hex hole to fit a m4 nut)<br><br>The filament guide is also a remixed version (can't find the link anymore) to fit the 16mm shelf and holds a ptfe tube on the inside to reduce friction.</p><p>The Arctiv P12 120mm exhaust fan with carbon filter is turned on by a 12v temperature controller (similiar to STC-1000) when a certain temp is reached inside the enclosure.</p><p>On top of the enclosure is a rgbw smart lamp connected to my hue bridge and then controlled by Octoprint (with Octohue plugin).</p><p>The generic aliexpress webcam got a wide angle lens, attached with my own printed adapter.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
