Modeled in sculptris and truespace 5 Instructions test printed 2 shells 0 infill some top of model holes (typical on rounded top things) I ran a big print using the accelerated settings. 2 shells 0% infill pictures posted adequate for my purposes as with many of my models, I do a follow up using ABS / acetone goop to fill in gaps and small holes. if you want to play with using infill and other settings you might minimize the holes. I prefer the 0% infill and multiple shells. My experience since switching to using the 0% infill is far less issues with separation cracks, lighter objects (therefore using less plastic) and if i go to 3 shells the objects are really solid.
