<b>Jacob Jensen Doorbells</b> are nice looking and expensive things, but the mechanical design are lacking: Detaching the doorbell button without a manual often causes the four tiny hooks to break from the base. Since spare-parts are hard to come by, this often results in a product that can't be used. This design attempts to replicate the base, but improve on it with supported hooks and a modified lock mechanism, so changing batteries in the doorbell now becomes a simple click-off/click-on operation.
