JAFAR Project Fatshark Doors

Hello Guys! I've designed the doors for the Fatshark Googles usable in conjunction with the JAFAR Rx Module produced by Michele "MikyM0use" Martinelli. The module page is here: https://github.com/MikyM0use/JAFaR Here you can find the simple door for the standalone module (Door Left Simple), the diversity door (Door Left Diversity), that has to be used when the diversity module is placed on top of the standard module (with male-female short pins) and last but not least, the diversity doors to place the second receiver on the right (Door Left Cables and Door Right). This last option is still in developing and the design can change in the future (as soon as I have time). With this setup you have many options to complete the installation, you can wire cables outside the googles, or you may choose to open them and do some soldering inside. You can choose whatever you prefer. I prefer the diversity-all-in-one, placing the two receivers on the left as the standard Fatshark module and using the Diversity Left Door. Any suggestions for future improvements will be really appreciated. Update 1 I've uploaded also a Diversity door for the right side of the googles (Door Right No Holes) with no holes for the cables, this allows you to mount the diversity module with the cables inside the googles. You should open your googles and do something DIY to accomodate the cabling. Print Settings Printer: Aurora i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Notes: Nothing special, just print them! :P Post-Printing Sanding a bit the inside part of the door clips for the left side Due to tight spaces and the JAFAR pcb standalone module height, depending on your printer precision it may be necessary to sand a bit the inside part of the clips, otherwhise they may hit the pcb of the standalone module and the door can't be inserted correctly... I didn't want to do this modification in the design, because the clips are a really difficult piece to print and they should be strong, so i've decided to leave them at 1mm full height. Below an image of the clips a bit sanded. Additional velcro inside the doors To keep the diversity module fixed, as it's attched just by the top pins, it may be useful to insert a little piece of velcro inside the Left diversity door, as demonstrated in the image below
