These parts are multi-purpose pulley-blocks which mount to 2020 aluminium extrusion. They can be useful when prototype anything requiring movement using GT2 belts. These pulley blocks are based on the following common additional components: • Pulley (No Teeth); 12.2mm Diameter, 18mm Flange, 5mm inner diameter. Example: https://spool3d.ca/pulley-no-teeth-12-2mm-diameter-18mm-flange/ • Hex Socket Shoulder Bolt; 5mm Shoulder Diameter, 20mm Shoulder Length, M4 Thread. Example: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07VS185M4/ Part 1: "Two pulley Block". Holds two pulleys above each other on the top of a 2020 extrusion, so it can be used when making a Core-XY printer prototype. Other parts needed: • 1, M4 T-Nut for 2020 extrusion • 1, Hex Socket Shoulder Bolt; 5mm Shoulder Diameter, 20mm Shoulder Length, M4 Thread. • 2, Pulleys (No Teeth); 12.2mm Diameter, 18mm Flange, 5mm inner diameter. Print it using 100% infill for strength, as it is small, thin, and can be put under lots of strain. Part 2: "Single pulley end block". Holds one pulley aligned with the end of a 2020 extrusion. Other parts needed: • 2, M4 T-Nut for 2020 extrusion • 2, M4x8mm screws (pan head or socket head are both usable) • 1, Hex Socket Shoulder Bolt; 5mm Shoulder Diameter, 20mm Shoulder Length, M4 Thread. • 1, Pulley (No Teeth); 12.2mm Diameter, 18mm Flange, 5mm inner diameter. Print it using 50% infill for strength. .
