Jango Fett Style Mandalorian Helmet - Printable

Mandalorian Helmet designed to be 3D printed in ABS in parts. I modeled this in sketch up after screen references from jango fett as well as looking at various mando helmets I own. This is symmetrical not like the original jango however. This is scaled to be as big as a Jango 2 peice, so scale it accordingly for your head. It is designed to be printed in parts. I highly recommend using ABS and using a raft when printing the skinny parts to prevent warping. You may need to cut some of the parts down further if your printer is not big enough. You should then be able to weld the parts together using acetone to melt the ABS plastic. You could alternatively use a 3D doodle pen if you printed it in PLA. I have printed about 4 of these so far for friends and they turn out really well. ----------------UPDATE----------------------- I have updated all the helmet base files and rescaled them after I received numerous complaints Since releasing this I have updated the size of the helmet to be 5% taller in the bottom half as it was a bit too short previously Enjoy
