Printed on the Prusa i3 MK3 Print Settings: Nozzle Diameter - 0.4mm Layer Height - 0.15mm Infill - 20% Top & Bottom Layers - 4 Perimeters - 2 Brim - 15mm Support for: key_pin_2 front_plate back_plate bottom_plate Notes: -key_pin_2 and side_panel_2 should be printed twice -this print will not scale well due to the tight gaps between parts Assembly instructions: -insert the key_slider_back into the back_plate and screw key_pin_2 into the key_slider_back -insert the key_slider_front into the front_plate and screw key_pin_2 into the key_slider_front, note key_slider_front has to be oriented so the screw hole is to the left of the centre when the front_plate is viewed from the internal face and the indent in the front_plate is oriented up -place the bottom_plate between the side_panel_2's, make sure the bottom_plate is oriented to allow the front_key and back_key to slide into the side_panel_2's when the bottom plate is moved forward and back. -insert the back_key and back_plate into the side_panel_2's simultaneously ensuring the back_plate is oriented so the indent in the back_plate allign with the tapered end of the bottom_plate and the back_key is oriented so that the longer vertical path of the back_key track is pointing down towards the bottom plate -insert the front_key and front_plate into the side_panel_2's simultaneously ensuring the front_plate is oriented so the indent in the front_plate is up and the front_key is oriented so that the chamfered edges are down -move the front_plate to the following position (note: ignore the fullstops): ..........x _l....__l l___l -slide the false_floor into the side_panel_2's from the front side ensuring the nub in the false_floor is oriented towards the front. Note: the false_floor will slide below the front_key and back_key so that they won’t slide out -move the front_plate to the following position (note: ignore the fullstops): ...........l _l....__l l_x_l -screw the assembly_screw into the front_key from the internal face of the box
