Jar Lid Grip

This is a jar lid grip designed to help people with opening jars with tough-to-open lids. It has a ridged outer grip that is easier to hold and turn than a lid. It also increases grip strength on the lid using a lever system to press contacts into the lid as the grip is turned. The grip is also reversible, so that it can be used to tightly screw lids onto jars as well as remove them.I printed all the parts in PLA and assembled them using 1/8" steel dowel pins for all the connections. The pins press fit into the assembly to hold all the parts in place.The model was designed with measurements in inches.
