I have a large stock of 40mm fans but had yet to find a good 40mm fan duct that surrounded the nozzle. With warping bad enough on overhangs that I had been considering getting an E3D V6 mount designed and installed, I went searching for a duct solution that could be modified to fit a 40mm fan and still provide cooling around the entirety of the part. There wasn't one, but I found the Remixed Duplicator 9 Cii Inspired Cooler and realized that I could pretty easily import that STL into SketchUp, I set out to create a cooler. The fit is great! There isn't any interference from the carriage mount, heater block, or leveling sensor, and there's decent clearance from both the sensor and the belt. My first test prints with this fan have been wonderful! I went from warping on just about every overhang to being able to print a torture test with clean overhangs all the way up to 65 degrees, and I've never been happier with this printer!
