This is a 3D model of a drill attachment for a JavaPresse. It has a hex on the back for drill attachment and a penta-socket on the other for the JavaPresse top.The penta-socket is a rather snug fit, but goes on and off with little trouble. Due to differences in 3D printers, the side length of the penta-socket may need to be changed for scaling purposes. This can be done in the Inventor model, or in most 3D modeling software by changing the scale of the part up or down. This size worked well in my MakerBot Mini. When 3D printing, I do suggest printing the model as a "solid" material so it is stronger.I did include a small, 1/8 inch (0.125 inch) thick, test piece of the penta-socket for test printing. This will allow you to print a small portion of the part to save material and time while you attempt different scales to find out what will work best on your own printer. There are two different models here, one for a 1/2 inch (0.5 inch) drill chuck and another for a 3/8 inch (0.375 inch) drill chuck.
