Jazzberry All-In-One Computer

Jazzberry All-In-One Computer

This is an attempt to build a compact all-in-one computer based on the Ajazz AK33 keyboard. It's designed to hold a Raspberry Pi 3B+ (or 4?) inside, with the keyboard mounted on top. All plugs to the Raspi have openings, the SD card has an opening underneath. This is my first attempt at building and printing something in 3D, and I spent many hours making prototypes and reworking the design in Blender. For my prints, the fit was decent. The keyboard slides into the top part, minding the mini usb plug, and carefully snaps down on top of the chassis. The original keyboard baseplate must be removed, and there are 8 or 9 tiny screws under the keys. You must remove most keys to get the keyboard out of its original case, this probably voids any guarantees. The Raspberry Pi has four stands it can stay on top of, some small screws are needed to secure it in place. I also glued a piece of plastic along the edge of the raspberry pi to secure it better. If someone wants to remix this, this is where the design definitely has room for improvements! I made a special Esc keycap I printed in red PLA, and found a spacebar that I also printed out here: https://github.com/ConstantinoSchillebeeckx/cherry-mx-keycaps The case must be printed in two pieces (took 8-9 hours per piece on my Ender 3 Pro) and glued together. If you want to do this project, beware that you'll probably have to tweak some stuff to make things fit.
