Just thought I'd upload my Jedi food capsule, I made this for my hubby's Star Wars cosplay as I couldn't find any designs online. They measure 57mm by 6mm, exactly as in the movies. The join on the clip is not movie identical as I'm still learning how to create models but it won't be visible from the front anyway. I have just edited it to have a more sturdy clip, as that was the weakest point in the design. It'll need supports, but is easy to clean up with a scalpel. In PLA at 0.1mm layers and 30% infill for strength it takes about a 50 minutes to print one on my printer (50mm/s), and 6 hours to print 8 :-) If printing in ABS I recommend printing just one at a time, as the model doesn't cool down as much and so the layers bond better.
