<p><strong>Jeep JL Wrangler Front Windshield Air Diverter</strong></p><p>Improved airflow for the JL Wrangler front windshield to get corner areas that don't defrost or fog up. This model was based on the JK Wrangler diverter that was found on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:184101). The JL Wrangler model provided fits snug in the front vent and has air diverters to help direct the air in the appropriate direction.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Future Improvements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Improve and verify the correct angle for the inner diverter to achieve the best performance.</li><li>Create separate Tabs that snap onto the body, for improved printing.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Print Settings:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Material:</strong> Polymaker Polylite ASA - Black</li><li><strong>Layers:</strong> 0.20mm</li><li><strong>Temperature: </strong>250C/100C</li><li><strong>Enclosure: </strong>Not Required</li><li><strong>Supports:</strong> Yes (Everywhere; Revision will not require it)</li><li><strong>Bed Adhesion:</strong> I used a brim, but may not require it.</li><li><strong>Infill: </strong>Less than 50%</li><li><strong>Walls:</strong> 3 Walls</li></ul>
