Jeep TJ Center Console Subwoofer Cover

My Jeep didn't come with a sub-woofer in the center console. I cut a hole in the console bin and added my own woofer. To close it off, I designed this close-out. There's a lot to this. I was going to cut the lip off the bin but decided that was too much work. Instead, I let the close-out push the bin down which meant I had to add spacers when I installed the complete assembly back into the vehicle.The bin was held in place with rivets which I had to drill out. Because the inside of the bin would be inaccessable after the close-out was installed, I used 10-24 x 0.75 in screws upside down. I tried to show this in a picture. There are two panels in the close-out. The one I'm using has a 120VAC outlet and a accessory outlet. The other one is a blank.
