Jeepster Commando convt. frame hole insert

This is a remake of a part no longer being produced for the 1966-1973? Jeepster Commando. It has been beefed up from the original design. This insert goes in the holes right behind the front seats that the convertible model uses for its frame. I used amazon premium PLA and it worked great at 220C on my cr10s. Must print on large format printer (300mm tall). The holes on my Jeepster have some bedliner around the edges, which caused a very tight fit. It should work good on a hole with no bedliner as well. Disclaimer* I am still new to 3d printing and I am not sure how PLA will hold up to sunlight over time (My Jeepster is under covers often). Please choose your filament according to how you will be using your Jeepster.
