Jeff is a friend at RCT. 120 mm long x 50 mm high x 22 mm deep for the 'J', 20 mm deep for the other letters. Print Settings Printer Brand: Tinkertine Studio Printer: Ditto + Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm Infill: 18% Notes: The piece is rotated 20 degrees on the print bed to get a stronger infill pattern inside the letters. A pause is inserted at 20 mm to allow for a colour change. In this case white on blue. There is a 2 pass bottom layer and a 4 pass top layer. Two passes on the top just doesn't cover the blue as well. How I Designed This This is designed in SketchUp. The source file is included.
