Jelbert Drone propeller for 180 size drones - 110mm length with 5mm shaft hole

This is my 3D printing drone propeller project for 180 size drones. The original props were 1.5g, 100mm long and made of thin cheap plastic so broke easily. This design is a remix of another Thingiverse design (NACA4 Propeller Generator by Okatake) who generously included the OpenSCAD script. I have adapted it for my specific drone prop requirement. Please like this design if you like it and do upload any makes. The design is work in progress so keep checking back for updates. I changed quite a few parameters from the original Okatake script to resize it and adapt the hub. I also changed the roter_twist value from -25 to -20 to maintain a more aggressive blade angle at the outer edge of the prop. If you have trouble getting enough lift then you can try lower values (like -15) to increase the angle at the tips to get more lift. I discovered after much experimentation that it is best to print the props flat but vertically (as shown in the pic) because this means the blades are fairly smooth after printing as there is very little support to remove after. I printed in PLA to test but the material is quite brittle so probably not the best match for this use-case but it does fly and is cheap. I am trying different filament types and will write up any finishing notes as I discover them - see below. Use at your own risk. Thanks to Erion for the loan of the drone!
