Made this for the famous ham radio "bamboo" fishing rod that SOTA/POTA folks use as a portable mast. https://amzn.to/2JQJ5iO Center hole I.D. is 12.5mm Total diameter is 60mm. Should sit around the upper midsection of the mast pole. Still iterating on this, but it works™!
