Jet JWBS-12OS 12" bandsaw table insert

This is a bandsaw table insert for the Jet JWBS-12OS. I couldn't find anything that fit, so I found one to mod. It was pretty close. Mostly, I added a deeper "D" notch on the support structure underneath. I also made it slightly larger, a full 63.5mm in diameter (2.5") which made the insert "snap" into my bandsaw in a vert satisfying manner. If someone wanted to really make this insert perfect, they could remove the bottom semi-circular cut-out (the 12OS doesn't use it) and reduce the size of the upper semi-circle to 3mm diameter. But with the "D" notch underneath providing solid twist resistance, the bigger cut-out doesn't really matter.
