Jewelry Ring

A rather simple design of a ring for costume jewellery - created just for fun - using a helix with a cross section of a semicircle. The inner diameter of the ring is 19 mm and the diameter of the circle is 2.5 mm.Designer's notes:The bushings are "soldered" to the ring - using radii of 0.25 mm - as shown in my model.This was possible, because a merging of all bushings to the ring has been done before in the assembly.Adhesives for fastening the gemstones into the bushings are not modeled.Model created with »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«Renderings done in »KeyShot 4«Renderings editet with »COLOR projects premium (64-Bit)«A thank goes to "Taras S" for providing the »Brilliant Shape Gem« in the STEP (.stp)-format.The model is available in following data formats:STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly and all native files (.prt) and (.asm),together in a (.zip)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
