This is a ventilation duct based on the work of BlowHard 300 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2757866 Update 12 Nov 2018 (v2): .- Change the 2 screw holes with a two hole inline to can adjust the height of the piece. .- 0,6mm cutted in the bottom to go more near of the hot base. .- 3mm more higt the subjection wall. First Version (v1): Two holes screw to subject the piece to the extrusor disipator. It's for replace the cool duct of the printer JG Aurora A5. It has been modified to fit a 40x40 fan. To hold it, use a screw of different length depending on the height of the fan (10mm is OK). To fix the part to the melter, you must remove the protection plate and the original turbine fan. The turbine fan fastening is made with two 2mm metric screws that are more longer than those that hold the plate, and that serve to hold this part. The holes are made to be slightly below the melter, but attached solidworks file, if someone prefers to put a slot or move them higher or lower. One of the advantages that I wanted to contribute, is the division of the ventilation area into three areas. I have divided the circumference of the fan into three identical zones and these are routed to each of the air vents, so that each one of them, should offer the same air flow, approximately.
