I created this because I needed something to better set a vice on my drill press. So was thinking why not use the same technique as for milling table. So here we are! Notice: This is a test so I don't yet know much strong is it going to be and I won't take reponsability for accident. Use it with extreme caution and be very careful the first time you use it. Also, this is for small projects so don't use it as you would use it for industrial tools. Slow feeds, etc. Also, don't tighten the nuts too much because you may destroy the pieces (plastic after all). As soon as you feel it is good you are done! I used .3mm layer height and a wall/bottom/top thickness of 3 or 4mm. Use 4 if you are not sure. But the best would be a 100% infill, I think I used 30%. I used 100% for the nuts I would say that the nuts are pre-taped because the threads are still very tight after printing, wich I think it's better than too loose so you just need to use a 1/4-20 tap the really make the threads great. You will need some washers and some 1/4-20 rods that you can cut to the length you need. License: I took CC with attributions but if your goal is to sell it online as a printed thing, send me a message to discuss about the % I'd like to get. Last thing: if you like my design and find them useful a little tip would be very nice because it is not actually just a hobby, I want to make it my job. So, don't be shy and you decide the amount. Thanks! Enjoy and most of all be very very careful. If you don't know what I mean, just don't download this.
