A mold to make the template in silicone to make 20gr jig heads with a 4/0 hook or some size that works for you and the casting template. Just put some oil in the template, pour the silicone and wait. Then you can start to save money. A smaller bait holder than usual because I use smaller softbaits. I use 250 degree Celsius silicone and it seems to hold up ok, for the price of higher temp silicone you could destroy many molds.
