Jigsaw Blade Guide (parametric)

Jigsaw Blade Guide (parametric)

thingiverse

Jigsaw table blade guide. Made as a parametric model in FreeCAD. By default it uses 608 bearings and 1/4" bolts to hold them. The front bearings are fixed at blade width specified in the model. The provided STL is set up for a thick 2mm blade, but you can customize this in FreeCAD. The bushing is needed for the bottom bearing to sit firmly on the 1/4" bolt. It's included in the CAD file and is bound to the same hardware parameters as the main part. The part is made to be attached to a wooden support, in my case it's a 2x3 framing plank. To customize, open the spreadsheet inside the FCStd file and change the values suitable for your hardware.
