Jigsaw Cookie Cutters Instructions I printed one of the corner parts in PLA and it was a bit flexible and weak, but worked, so I printed again in ABS – stronger but still not sure – I might increase the wall thickness a bit. They are still prototype and a bit small (50x50 or 2”x2”) so I would recommend scaling them up a bit to your requirements. I planned to make them all interlockable but because cookie dough expands quite a lot during the cooking phase; this design will not work that way. The kids love them all the same So enjoy for now but please let me know what a good size should be (scale factor) and I will oblige and create a new version. ME!! . . . P.S. You need to print all of the files once only; but if you want to create the square (that will NOT go together correctly due to expansion of dough or whatever you’re cooking) you need the following when creating your recipe: 4 x Top Right 1 x Mid Right 3 x Mid Bot 1 x Mid Not sure why I gave the files such stupid names but I did ---- Sorry about that ME - Again . . . . Revision Notes - now added V02 of all files: V02 is reduced in height by 5mm (now 16mm) and scaled up to 150% (75mm Sq) and the wall is now 1.5mm thk so a good 3 passes. Have a play with both sizes - but don't mix them up Also make sure you print them with the flange on the bed (wrong way up) or as shown in the 3D image ME - Again again
