Jigsaw Puzzle

This is a jigsaw puzzle, where you can make your own puzzle from the available pieces. The puzzle size has no limitations. The pieces are a tenth inch thick (.1") and are very sturdy.. Pieces are named according to a scheme I devised to identify their shape. E=edge, 1 = male, 0= female, clockwise from leftmost edge or male. Instructions PLA, 10% fill, on glass, no heat on print bed. Do whatever is necessary to prevent warping and lifting. Tolerances between pieces are very close to begin with, depositing extra material where it doesn't belong can be a problem along the joints. I have always printed the pieces individually, the example puzzle was not meant to be printed. If someone tries this, please post your results. I figure the tolerance is too close for a successful print.
