JJ Rebreather head protector

After a dive, the head of the JJ rebreather, needs to dry out. I was frustrated that there was no easy way to stand it on a flat surface to do that without risking damage to the o-rings. And, if you want to transport the head separately from the rebreather a full cover is needed, and those I saw were both expensive and sat on the o-rings which I didn't really want to do. So, I designed this head stand. The head simply clips into the lower part allowing the head to dry safely. It is secured on the upper part of the head, above the upper o-rings, so no o-rings touch anything. And, PLA is softer than the Delrin the head is made of, so its shouldn't risk scratching it. Tested on a rather bumpy sea in a liveaboard in the Red Sea, and it stayed upright well. There is a small clip on the left upright that allows the HUD to be safely tucked away. The upper part slides onto latches on the lower part, and is secured by the main JJ head retainer spring. You place the upper part over the lower and about 10mm behind the lower, looking from the head end. Then push down, depressing the JJ spring, then forward until the JJ spring pops up ... and then its all nicely secure :-) (should be clear enough from photos). If you really wanted to you could blow air down the inhale hose and the upper cover is designed to allow it to get round so it would circulate and then exit via the exhale hose ... but not needed to do that so far. Two parts also allows it to fit in the volume of my printer, though note that this is pretty big, so it may be larger than some smaller 3D printers can handle. Note that this is for the DiveCAN rebreather, not the earlier one that I think has a different sized head. Also please note the license. Happy for fellow jJ users to print their own, but for any commercial usage please contact me
